to me it seems with all the issues and the fact they used free scripts that you can find on a bunch of different websites, its like they did it at the very last minute instead of working on it in the 3 years they had to do it

Being in I.T. since the early 70's I am aghast at what was rolled out.  ANYWHERE outside of D.C., or the Federal government, there would have been more than a few folks looking for employment elsewhere.
