Read the reviews before ordering. I just looked over them real quick and it looks like most of the reviews are saying that at least one of the kits ordered (seems a lot of them ordered 2 or more) was missing at least one part of the kits.

I ordered two on black friday, both had all the parts though I did end up cleaning up a burr on one of the forward assists.

 There's no telling how many of these kits they put together and send out the door and if humans are involved there will be mistakes from time to time. I just found it rather powerful that such a high percentage of the reviews were singing the same song but there were only 15 total reviews so if compared to the number of kits sold i'm sure it doesn't look anything like the picture that the reviews have painted. After all, far more folks will take the time to write a review when something wasn't right than will when everything was as stated it would be. Glad yours was complete.

Usually if I'm out and about and I run across a oh shoot kit for 15 bucks I'll pick one up in case a part launches into orbit. It's save my butt a few times

Contrary to missing springs, I received an EXTRA spring in my PSA lower build kit. I can't remember which spring it was, at the moment.

Said I wasn't ordering anything unless a stellar deal on LPKs came up...well here it is. PSA has a LPK with Blackhawk ergo grip for 29.99 clearance. Ordered mine this morning.

 Well you did better than I did, I ordered one of the $29.99 LPK's a night or so back and it didn't come with a grip. That was the first time I have ordered anything from PSA, do they normally send you a confirmation email? I went through the opening account and purchase process and it popped up saying that my order had been placed but I never received confirmation.

Happens to me almost every time I order from them. I've setup the same account numerous times with different emails and passwords, called twice to have CS fix what we thought was an incorrectly entered email. No dice.

The good news is they've always delivered, sometimes later than anticipated, sometimes earlier.

 Okay thanks. I figured it would show up since it said that the order went through but I was just curious since pretty much anything I have ever ordered online has netted me a confirmation email. Thanks for the reassurance!

Too many complaints about the UPK for my nerves. Though I have to say that the lower kit I bought had everything needed. Perhaps there's just a wonky employee they keep moving around instead of firing.

I really enjoyed putting mine together. I think I could quite happily spend my time assembling them, For a month or two at least.
