We want you to break the law...

Recommended Posts

Government's purpose is to enforce the law and prosecute the BGs when they break the law

Well, when YOU are following all the laws, Government has little to no power over you.

So friendly Government simply passes more and more laws and regulations so it becomes quite impossible for you, as a productive individual and upstanding member of society NOT to break the law...How many federal, state and local laws on the books, thousands? You travel across state lines and the rules can change and you just broke the law (and get caught) Quit whining, tell it to the judge.

So now Government prosecutes with the threat of incarceration and pleas down to a hefty fine...I'm not a conspiracy guy, but it is all about the money. Government knows that if you follow the law, carry insurance, trying to provide for you and your family, have a home, have good work ethic and try to live by the Golden Rule, you probably got something they can get - money. Take the professional BG, they typically don't have tangible, attachable assets, so when you break the law, let the pillaging begin.

Let's say you got caught up in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people which resulted in your interaction with Government being more feloneous in nature. Now Government will take all your stuff plus all the stuff it cost you attempting to defend yourself plus they will take away your right.

Once they take the right because you broke any number of the thousands of brain-dead "gun safety" laws on the books, you now can't legally protect yourself from oppressive Government and place yourself in it's power.

Sure they want more gun control laws. It's a good long-term strategy to make it harder for law abiding gun owners to abide by the law(s)

Please get out and vote, send emails to your elected officials and financially support 2A organizations!

Governments constantly move on the sliding scale somewhere between anarchy and tyranny. Gun laws are another tool in the toolbox of the control and big government crowd and why not make some money along the way. They know better how to use it than we do. The tactical semi-auto is the peoples great equalizer of our time. They must be taken away for a gov't to stay heavily on the tyrannical side of the scale. It will be time to panic when the 2nd falls and that may be as soon as 2014 if the GOP House falls to the dems. If that happens then gun owners will be treated as the tyranicals'. Keep up the fight. When you look at the federal register, you may already see that almost everything is against the law. Many things

have been put on the books to restrict you or anyone to do just about anything.

Too many laws have been enacted for all the wrong reasons, but still got there because someone let their emotions

get in the way of reason. Some just plainly were wrapped in emotion to get passed, then to have a completely

different effect. almost all were passed with a given intention in mind.

You could wipe out the federal register, overnight, and start over with something close to the Ten Commandments,

or some similar group of laws and still be fine. The more finely tuned a law gets, the more specific it becomes, so

another is always needed.

Every Congress has always assumed they have to get some piece of legislation out the door to make us think they

are doing something, but Congress was supposed to be a part time job by civic-minded people who only wanted

to protect the republic. It's been a long time since that has happened.

You are exactly right. Laws are meant to be broken. That's how governments own you, and you give up a right every

time you let them pass a new law.

I agree with all that has been said here. They make laws and then make new laws to back up the old laws. This is a country of laws. I think in many cases when police officers respond to a call, there are cases that the police will charge someone with anything they can think of to arrest them and then charge them with some different when they get to jail. It is not the police officers fault this happens. It is that there are far to many laws on the books for them to know all of them..............jmho
