I'm down in 'nooga for a few days. On long walk today, toddled by Hamilton...main entrance (by the cafeteria) posted legally. Sears and Penny entrances not posted at all. Meant to go in one and see if posted on way out of those stores into mall proper, but forgot.

Walmart not posted, at least at grocery entrance.

Well, I discovered the other day that the Tinderbox at HP is no more, so I'm not convinced I have any reason to go back there anyway.

Cigars used to be a guilty pleasure of mine then they got popular, prices went sky high and since I'm not a trendy person I quit smoking them.

Chattanooga Billiards Club is a great place for cigars. Near Lee Hwy. and Shallowford, I'm not sure which road you take to get back there with all of the construction going on. It is behind KFC and whichever bank is right there. They usually have specialty cigar makers and demonstrations there, so if you go at the right time you might get something special.. wow, I sound like an infomercial.

Yup... I forget the exact road, but you can get a decent map on their site. They also have a small shop downtown, although the selection is a bit more limited.

Me, I try to avoid buying cigars as singles, and instead buy them a box at a time from JR. I usually only buy singles if I want to try something new, but I have a few reliable standbys that I usually stick with. Once I become wealthy, I'll just buy a box of anything I want to try.

Rivergate mall in Madison, TN is posted the same way...Sears and Penny entrances are not posted...and neither is the entrace from Sears and Penny's into the mall itself. It's owned by the same company that owns HP. I always go in through the Sears entrance anyways....

Don't understand previous poster saying that WalMarts down here in Nooga were posted.

I walked over to the other one today (Brainerd Rd, next to the creek), not posted.

One more note on the thread-jack... I wanted some stogies for my camping trip this weekend, but didn't have time to order them online and wait for them to come in. Since I wanted to "save" money, I decided to go over to Burns and get some Fuente 8-5-8s.

You wanna talk about a ripoff? I paid $130 for the box. I figured that it wasn't too horrific, since it was a box of 25, but just for fun, I looked at the JR site when i got home to see how much I could have paid for them.

JR's price for the box? $90. So I paid 50% more.

Jeez, why do I have to enjoy the expensive hobbies?

It's okay. I'm not sure how old you are, but I seem to share the same hobbies with you only I'm a poor college student. Maybe I should switch to pokemon cards and chewing gum.
