TGO Lowers - Santa Claus is coming!

Might be the direction I go. I hope you and others here have patience for questions. I'm stuck on a 20" barrel in 556, and don't want a really heavy rifle, but other than that, I'm wide open for suggestions.

Just free float it. Lighter barrels tend to change the point of impact more as they heat up. I see some of that, even with my sporter bolt guns.

There is one. It's called Midway USA. You probably won't save any money though. I've built one from scratch, because I always upgrade the fire control, grip, and trigger guard. This time, I bought one of the kits without the trigger parts, and threw the grip and cheesey trigger guard in the box with the rest.

One of these days, I'm gonna find a use for all those grips and trigger guards.:)

Just wait! you are in possession of hi quality toilet flush levers !!!!!

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2 of course it ate my spelling.

Got a note from CMT this weekend indicating that the uppers and lowers have shipped out to be coated. There are a bunch of them, so it'll take a couple of weeks.

I think they're expecting to start shipping them around the 8th of December.

This is still the expectation.

Oh. I wonder if that was the call I got about 30 minutes ago but couldn't answer. Probably not. Wrong area code.

Nope. Ignore this post.

I think some folks are going to be very happy within the next 7-10 days. :)

Yessss sir!!

I've already made plans to sell a kidney to build this rifle.

It would be overall more efficient merely to have children to sell.
