Meh, I once had a "Somali Special" SKS that was truely a work of (absolutely hideous) art.

The original stock had been damaged beyond repair so I quickly & crudely cobbled out some "AK'ish" furnature with my handy-dandy pocket knife & a couple select pieces from my stack/cord of firewood, I secured the weapons action to the pieces of hastily cobbled, rough-hewn pistol grip & stock using strategically placed carved indentations & heavy-duty dryer hose clamps & believe it or not the darn thing was as solid as a rock when I got those clamps tightened down as tight as possible & the freaking thing actually shot great!

Oh it was a sight to behold though, it was a serious (WTF!) "head turner" at the range LOL, I'll have to see if I can find any old photos of that monstrosity ...

See, that actually sounds pretty cool. A solution to a problem, the stock was broke, you fixed it.

What this guy is doing on the other hand is completely different.

Plus I doubt you charged $300.00 for your "upgraded" stock when you sold your rifle. ;)
