How long before gun control talk?

Next is amnesty for the illegals.

Heck, Bush pushed that one.

The Dems have sagely been steering clear of gun control. They know, intellectually, that it's electoral death for them. They can't help themselves though, it's in their grubby little hearts. They can't control an armed population the way they want so they'll always come back to it.

With election year looming I don't look for much on gun control to show up. Like someone mentioned that is one subject that no politicians want to take up in an election year...........jmho

All I can say is "Come November 2014, don't forget the big push.". And that goes for Republicans also. Apologies by Politicians "to me" hold about as much water as a bucket full of holes. It's only required until the next one. People are all too easy to forgive and forget. Not me, no forgiveness. I don't care what you did "before". I'm of the school of 1 negative wipes out 10,000 attaboys. Politics and Governing are linear. You don't get to go back. You attempt to violate constitutionally protected rights once, you'll do it again. "Sorry" is a horse turd. Sent from my SPH-L720 using Tapatalk 2 Edited by TankerHC

Only thing you can count on is that by the time the Dems may manage to get the Triumvirate back, we'd settle for Manchin-Toomy bill in a heartbeat.

Well you can bet I won't be forgetting any of this and you can bet not 1 vet will forget it either along with the entire military. I read an article that talked about what Obama had to say after he signed the bill last night. I wanted to :puke: :puke: :puke: :puke: when I read it. The only highlight in the entire article was when his former Secretary Of Defense in a nice way called him a chicken in an interview for refusing to roll up his sleeves and get involved in the negotiations. More and more of his former inner circle are lining up against him. First it was Robert Gibbs and now it's Leon Panetta. Looks like he is losing former friends fast.........jmho
