Sho' would hate to have a big bump bounce me off the seat and onto the rear wheel. Did that as a kid on my bike, one day, while truckin' it across a parkin' lot. Was NOT fun, at all. Luckily my counter weights survived.

It comes with the whole seat. But you can remove these two parts so you are down to just a seat. Very customizable also.
