Well, did anyone go? Is it still like it used to be. Hope not.

Started to not go since I really don't care for the cramped aisles of Jacobs.

Glad I did go.

Got to pick from a crop of Chinese Type 53 Mosin Nagant carbines at $139.

This was a no-brainer to me.

Good bluing but rough stock that I will take care of.

This will make a nice truck gun.....seeing as how I can carry a long gun legally now with permit.

 

Sometimes, the thrill of the hunt exceeds going with a shopping list!

I went and got brass, bullets and powder. Had some torn necks on my 308 brass, 20 out of 200 were damaged but the price was still good.
