It's Nashville Armory IDPA night! October 8th - 6:45 PM. Shooting starts at 7:00. Looks like LOTS of no shoots and hard cover targets! Plus some sideways targets... those are always a challenge. For all beginners and new shooters to the Nashville Armory you'll want to be there before hand (6:15 - 6:30) to watch the mandatory range safety video and get the IDPA safety brief.

2013-051:

Description: Starting position is at P1, hands relaxed by shooter’s sides.
At the buzzer, draw and engage T1 with three rounds.
While moving to P2, step on activator plate.
From P2, engage T2-T4 with three rounds each.
Advance to P3 and shoot T5 through the window.

 

2013-052:

Description: Starting position is at P1, hands relaxed by shooter’s sides.
At the buzzer, draw and engage T1-T2 with three rounds each.
Move to P2 and engage T3-T4. It will be necessary to use both
sides of the window, since T4 will be blocked by the non-threat
from the rst available shot position.
Advance to P3 while stepping on the activator plate. Engaeg T5
with three rounds.

 

2013-053:

Description: Starting position is at P1, hands relaxed by shooter’s sides.
At the buzzer, draw and engage T1-T3 with two rounds each.
Move to P2 and engage T4-T6.
Kneel at P3 and engage T7-T9.

Had a great time again at this event.  We missed you Jim.  I had to carry the revolver torch all by myself.

Sorry about the noise.  Those 357 mag rounds do get a little noisy.  I'll be shooting something a bit more tame tonight.
