Blooming idiots plan from 8 or 9 months ago. This will evolve into "if they can lawfully execute the act of citizenship of sitting on a jury, then they should have the right to vote.". Blooming idiot has already made clear that if we give illegal aliens "a path to citizenship" He will give them the right to vote in New York. Oh hail the mighty Bloomberg! He who can bestow power without the need for input from his subjects!

He doesn't need them on juries. He just needs
their votes. This isn't an issue for illegals. How
many people would just as soon be on jury duty?

Illegals just want to be here for the work and other
benefits. I'm sure there are some who wish to be
here just to escape the crap in their country.

It is an issue for illegals. You come here illegally and you're handed every damn thing, some of our cities have been designated sanctuary cities by those who want thier votes. I will serve (and have served) on juries because it's a citizens civic duty. Any citizen that is willing to turn over a civic duty of citizenship to a non citizen would also give illegals the right to vote. Why not, they are both particular to citizenship. If I am being looked at by a jury the last person I want on that jury is someone who is not a citizen followed closely by those who would willingly give non citizens the right to judge a citizen. And yes this is a backdoor to the illegal vote. It has everything to do with getting these non citizens and illegals citizenship.
