Have a relative set up a trust where you become employee of the trust. The trust will pay you 15500.00 per year in weekly installments which is just under poverty level. All of your income must go into the trust.all property will be in the trust. Your trust will pay for all expenses in the name of the trust except for healthcare and communication. I'm sure one of the attys may jump on this and go for or against this but it just may work. If it does, say yo mama to Obama Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2 of course it ate my spelling. Umm, explain the point to me exactly of becoming "legally poor"? All that to get health insurance subsidized and a free phone with limited minutes or what?

It's a tongue in cheek: if ya can't make it go away, make it stay but to ones own benefit. The funniest part is using the system to make it work for anyone who chooses to do so...there may be 16k pages in the o mama health care act but ill bet there's a slew of stuff they forgot.

I'm pretty sure that should someone try this out, it would result in free healthcare - as well as meals, lodging and a cute jumpsuit.

Even if it was legal to do the gov would figure out how to make it illegal real quick. Edited by TMF

Trusts are real, legal, and do more than cover nfa stuff. One would be surprised at how many folks actually live off of a trust. As a trustee or beneficiary of a trust the options avail are endless ... I'd love to see someone legitimately bamboozle their way through and jack themselves into gold level care, using our flawed system...
