The EPA has been in existence since Nixon allowed it to be formed in the 70's and yet after all of the shut downs on many manufacturing companies and closed down the entire steel business in this country and messed up and damn near put the auto industry out of business and all the other damage and restrictions that have been put in place costing tax payers billions of tax dollars paying their wages climate change has gone untouched or effected at all. The only way it could have had an effect is if it was allowed to operate all over the world in every major manufacturing nation beginning with China that has no pollution codes in affect at all and generates up to 75 times the amount of pollution as the rest of the world combined......jmho
