Hum. Though thinking about it, the note did just say "Gun" and not "The guy over there has a gun". So I think it's probably a worthy bust just for stupidity.

I think he should have been arrested and charged with misdemeanor for disorderly conduct anyway. He is probably one of those busy bodies that has his nose stuck in everyone else's business and needs to be taught a lesson............jmho
