and ties up two NM state troopers just so he can take a tour.........

You know, it is lawful, but when there is no real purpose, at least have the decency to call ahead and also offer to reimburse expenses.

Maybe bring a small group to meet with your legislator too.

Some feel we should keep them hidden, and I do see their side.

However I feel we should be able to carry what we want where we want.

Yea I know the privet property thing, but public property is ours.

We pay for it with our taxes.

They didn’t refuse him entry.

He was escorted by Capitol Police while there.

Some Senators think guns should be banned in the Capitol.

No one was educated about anything.

Does any of that surprise anyone?

and that guy wasted tax $ today.

The guy did not ask for the tax dollars to be wasted, the government wasted them as always.

I have a feeling they were there getting paid anyway, may this way they had to actually do something for their pay.

I believe we all should have the right to carry, as law abiding citizens, anywhere and everywhere, but in this anti-gun society he probably just started thoughts and discussions at the state level to ban guns at the state capital and anywhere else they deem "necessary" to make everyone safe.

There are lots of stupid things people do that are perfectly legal. Being legal doesn't automatically qualify something as smart or sensible.

Sho' 'nuff. The ONLY thing he accomplished was going directly to the people that can ban guns, and did his best to convince them that they should bring it up again. Feinstein can't get it done, so by all means, let's do it to ourselves.
