Why didn't they work in your buddy's glock?

dont know they were flat nose lead bullets. heard some glocks need a diff barrel for the lead rounds to work right. they would go bang just the next one would not feed everytime.

The Glock barrel issue has to due with their polygonal vs traditional rifling, which can lead to lead buildup and a possible overpressure issue with lead bullets. It is not an issue of feeding/chambering.

Glocks are generally known as "looser" when it comes to chamber tolerances. Some say this is their secret to reliability... and .40 caliber kabooms. ;-) I am still very curious as to what the chambering issues with that ammo is.

I heard there is a new commercial reloader opening up in Maryville. Someone gave me his name but I lost the scrap of paper somewhere in my complicated filing system otherwise known as that big pile of s#*t sitting on my other desk in the back.
