Good to see a news outlet report this. It is a completely different story compared to what spin is usually done by the tabloids

in this country.

Maybe not but I've now seen it on two forums (including this one) being discussed.  The fellow did a great job saving those folks.  He will be paid back with good karma.  Of course, being the soldier he is (er, was), he would think nothing of it.
