It is back on the chopping block again.

 

I believe we certainly need to keep it around for ISIS.

The Devil's Cross.  The Soviets had no counter for it in their planning for the Fulda Gap.  Maybe this was what Obama meant when he told Putin he would have more latitude following his re-election.
