I guess Dr. Sowell shoud stay with Econommics since that`s the area he`s got his PhD in and not to try to talk about things he doesn`t understand.First of all let me explain something:

1. Socialism - social sience- sistem that is socialy oriented, supporting a

middle/working class. Social security exmp.

2. Communism - society where all people are equal and everyone has what they need,

idea of perfect society but impossible to realize because the human mind is not on

the level that high yet (and probably never will be)...and, communism was actually

a fairy tale, a utopia and was pretty much a SciFi novel, something like Orwell`s

1984 or "Animal Farm", it was never ment to be anything more than just a debate

"what if?"...the fact that some dictators and lunatics called their sistems

"communism" doesn`t neccesserily means that it realy was it...

3. Fascism - national-fascism is definately far right state of political mind where no

other nationality or race or religion is good enough and has to be destroyed.

- to even compare socialism , communism and fascism in one sentance is ignorant..at

least to say ...

You might want to bother learning a bit about economic systems before blathering about Dr Sowell. As usual he nailed it good. Just so you know for future reference, Fascism has privately owned and government controlled businesses.

You also need to remember that Fascism's other name is National Socialism it is just another branch of Marxist thought.

And Marx used Communism and Socialism interchangeably.

And all three are economic theories so they are covered by Dr. Sowell's PHD.
