Anyone else make the Old Timers Festival today?

My daughter was in the parade with her dance class, and my wife walked with them. It was a really great time. Stayed away from the carnival afterwards, too many people, but it was beautiful outside and couldn't pick a better day for a parade. For those who are not aware of the festival, it's in LaVergne. They always have a great turn out, check them out tomorrow or next year.

LMAO!!!! Well I'm sure you encountered a lot less traffic than I did Randall! I merged in with the tail of the parade as they were leaving. I have a huge American flag sticking out of my truck bed, so everyone thought we were part of the parade and were waving at us. My daughter thought it was awesome!

Yea, I went... sort of...

I was in my way to the Hobson Pike TWRA range with a couple friends, and was about to get on Mboro rd from Old Nashville Hwy but couldn't due to the road being closed for the parade... I went around the back way and came out Waldron and all was good. Thankfully it wasn't a busy day at the range and we still got our three consecutive lanes. It was a great day! :-)
