It's only a hate crime when it's white on black.  Black on black don't count, black on white don't count.  It's just like RACISM...only whites can commit racist acts. Of course everyone knows that if you subtract the Black on Black murders in any country, the murder rate will drop by 70% or so, but still, that does not count as a hate crime.

I wonder if our soceity will ever wake up and start putting these thugs away for a few decades at a time...seems to me he's already been arrested for enought serious crimes that he ought to be behind bars for quite a few years.
