mosin nagant trigger

hey all i saw a mosin nagant trigger for sale that looked like a timney but it had the sear built into it and no safety, anyone know what this was? it didnt have a name

Almost more than a new Mosin. That being said did you buy ( it says sold)? I've got a Mosin I've been toying with I have a ATI stock for it and have been looking at some different trigger kits for it. Also wanting to go with a bent sniper type bolt and a scope mount.

I didn't buy it I was wondering if anyone knew who makes it I can't find it on the net any where

I have Garand's, other original more rare Mosin's, K31 etc. that are all original. So one cheap 91/30 could be cut up.

 

And yes it shoots. I've been tweaking some handloads for it but best so far is around 1 MOA out to 400. Not a target rifle but not bad for an 80 year old rifle.

I don't like the safety and so far I haven't seen one with out it and I just wanted to see who made the one that sold to read reviews etc

Is that factory barrel and receiver? Sorry its hard to tell on my cell phone. If so what did you do to polish it up so well.

I'll agree with you Tempest, I've got another 91/30 and a M44 in the safe. Don't feel to bad about decking out a regular old 91/30

Yes factory barrel, cut to 24" and 11 deg crown. I polished it on a wheel and keep it oiled. Been that way for over 2 years and no rust. Everyone who sees it for the 1st time thinks it's stainless.

This guy makes a two-stage Mosin trigger wi roller bearing in small batches for $50.  Read good reviews about it.  I just ordered one.  Well see.

They make a scope mount that replaces the rear iron, not too expensive if memory serves.
