Eh... I mean, to be fair they could have just as easily posted a headline saying that Obama is a bi-sexual wrestler.  I didn't see any hard facts in either of those articles.  Just accusations.

 

Is it plausible?  Well, duh.  But it's also plausible that it's a smear campaign because they're not happy with the Obama Administration.  And I'm not even a fan-boy.

My personal thoughts are that a POTUS can be any race, religion, orientation or whatever floats his boat provided he serves the people, is faithful to the United States Constitution, and doesn't go around making our global image any weaker than it already is.

Obama has done the exact opposite of what a POTUS is supposed to do. I don't dislike him for being Muslim, I hate him for being a POS POTUS.

David pretty much hit the nail on the head. Any news paper can print anything about anyone in a foreign land and that does not make it true. Now with that said. With the way our national debt has been rising and the wars one ended and the other close means we are not spending that kind of money on the Military any longer and loans made to buy small countries could drive up the debt in a hurry plus if money is being secretly sent to the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Quada to support their military plus all of the arms that has been sent to all the militant forces fighting against the dictators in Asia and Northern Africa that might explain why the debt has gone up 7 trillion+ dollars in just 4.5 years when Bush didn't spend but 4 Trillion in 8 years and he had two wars going on at the same time supporting a major military effort on two fronts. I would really like for our President to explain to the American people just exactly where did all of that money go? Just how many checks has he written that were never explained? His Health Care program will finish bankrupting this country if his spending is not brought under control and you can take that to the bank.............jmho

If Obama is Muslim, I would say he is about as much Muslim as most people are Christian, which is not very much.  It has always been my belief that Obama is too much of an elitist and egotist to believe in or worship anything but himself.  Obama's god is Obama.

This was a year after while running for the Presidency he said in many interviews he was not a Muslim.  To date he has not attended any other church since being elected.

Headlines today, if someone finds it to post before I do, please do.

 

The head of the Clinton Global Climate Change initiative in the Middle East was a Muslim Brotherhood leader. He has been in the White House numerous times, Recently arrested for inciting violence in Egypt. Obama sent one of his minions, cant remember which (I read the two articles this morning), to meet with this Muslim Brotherhood member and gain his release. The Administration claimed it was nothing more than a short 20 minute meeting, Egyptians are claiming that the meeting lasted 90 minutes, they have no idea what they talked about and the Obama administration has been trying to obtain his release.

 

Why? Is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood who incited violence in Egypt that important to the President of the United States?

 

Dont forget, the very week that sequestration started kicking in, White House tours were cancelled, but that same week leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood and thier families were invited to OUR HOUSE.

 

Does this article surprise anyone. I am far (REALLY FAR) from being one who wears a tin foil hat, but I agree with 6.8. 

 

But how many pictures, actions and videos does it take to prove something? (Other than flying saucers and Bigfeets)

To make a very clear point here: 

 

It is TRUE that a leading Egyptian newspaper has made the connection between Obama and the Muslim Brotherhood.

 

The contents of the Egyptian newspaper's story MAY BE TRUE or MAY NOT BE TRUE. That is a matter for analysis, and said newspaper needs to present more facts.

 

Regardless, the Egyptian street certainly seems prepared to believe it to be true. Portions of the American street may be prepared to believe it to be true as well. If those perceptions become established, it will then not really matter whether or not it is actually true.

After five years of what we now know about Obama's family background and the crony associates he surrounds himself with, and the Obama foreign policies that favor the Musilim Brotherhood in the Middle East, I believe that if anyone doesn't have at least suspicions of him being a Muslim then they have had their head buried in the sand or somewhere.

That was during Istanbul visit in 2009. And though it's rare, the Obamas have indeed attended Christian services eight times since his election.

 

Neither of our statements prove anything, but nonetheless better to stay with facts rather than internet lore.

US politicians mostly have to pretend to be Christians; it's still pretty much a requirement for electability. Not very many have broken that barrier.

 

Ironic since any number of our founders were outright or de facto Deists.

This is correct. Politicians are have to resemble the "American family" in order to earn the trust of Americans. It definitely seems a bit patronizing but sadly it's the only way. It's a long way aways before a bachelor becomes president, or an atheist becomes president.

Most likely several secret atheists have been elected president, but only those willing to lie and pretend religiosity. I don't mind the atheist part, but its a shame about the lying fraud part, though I suppose that is part and parcel with modern politics. Perhaps in old time politics as well, dunno.
