I don't specifically try to dress for cc, but my normal slacker lack of style has consisted mostly of relaxed-fit jeans and untucked shirts a size larger. So it's no trouble to pack away my J-frame Smith on my person IWB.

Not quite "dress", but when I can, I carry one of my .45s off-body in a Maxpedition bag (here come the man-purse jokes!). Though I just got an email from Comp-Tac that my new MTACs have shipped, so I may be reconsidering my method of dress to conceal the .45s soon.

Nope I have not changed the way I dress now that I carry. During the week I wear jeans and tshirts for work. When im not going to work its usually shorts and a tshirt.

As long as I am wearing a belt I carry a S&W 1911 4 inch with a paddle holster. If it prints then it prints, I figure its not against the law. If I am not wearing a belt I put my Kahr PM9 in my pocket with a pocket holster.

I have change how I dress over the years. but that mainly due to "growing up" over the years.

however I do wear clothes that will hide my sidearm. I dont tuck in my shirts, usually polo or short sleeve button ups. and I wear 5.11 tact. pants... they tend to scream cop or I carry, but hey I like em.

Untucked shirt. Also, in the summer when it is hot, I wear a small washcloth or handkerchief between my skin and the holster/G19. I am 50 now and no longer wear tight clothes. This helps too. I have a waistpack that I have worn a dozen times, but it is not as confortable as above. If I am wearing really revealing clothes or dress clothes where I must "tuck", I wear a IBW with a Kahr P9.

I use my Maxpedition jumbo on a regular basis, as it allows easy carry when on the motorcycle.

As for dressing for carry, I have an MTAC for the 23 and a OWB slide for the 229. An untucked button up shirt does the job just fine.

I only have one pair of the pants, but I have 5 of the short sleeve shirts. It is getting to where they are about the only shirts I wear.

Way, way too much information there.

In other news, I just got my MTACs today and I'm very pleased so far. Looks like minimal wardrobe adjustment for me. The HK hides well, but is a little bumpy with the extended floorplate mag, better with the flat mag. The 1911 Officer's absolutely melts away.

I have gotten to where 90% of the time it's the Taurus 85 in the front pocket in a pocket holster (oddly enough). I usually tuck my shirt in.

Sometimes on days I read of a robbery spree (more and more lately) in the paper, I carry the G26 in a high ride side holster cause I can draw it quicker. Then I wear an over shirt untucked and tuck in my tee shirt cause the holster gets hot.

But even then the snubbie goes in my pocket cause it's just like keys, wallet, snubbie.

No one seems to notice when I carry either one.

I have a G19 but, anyway I can come up with to carry it looks like I'm trying to smuggle a bus under my shirt at 5'6" 150 pounds I don't have much hiding room. Anything larger than the G26 I might as well open carry.
