Military Promotion = Badass Gift!

My baby brother just got promoted to Chief Petty Officer in the Navy. I thought long and hard about what to get him to commemorate the occasion and came up with this.







The first pic is the Chief Petty Officer's Emblem and the second pic is his rate (Explosive Ordnance Disposal Master Technician).

The grips are Hogue Extreme Aluminium in matte black (26160). He carries a P226 for "work" so I thought he would enjoy these grips. The gun is mine for reference.

I also need to give a shout out to Joe at Designz By You in Bell Buckle, TN for doing an excellent job on the laser engraving.

Looks good, he should like it.  They did an outstanding job on the engraving.  BTW don't let him ever see you call it Ordinance that is a local city code or law.... Initial Success or Total Failure.

Yes - Adm Tillotson is a full blown retard. Political correctness BS looking for his next job. The whole idea was absurd, the motto was born from the fact there was and still is dyer consequences for your actions that you are responsible for. His fate is sealed like that of Gen Shinseki and the beret.

I remember Joe from when he was younger and he would serve me drinks after class/weekends when I went to The Webb School.  Sweet grips though, I'm jealous.

Very cool of you. I bought my brother a Glock 22 as a way to try and thank him for his service and sacrifice. It doesn't come close but it's a start.
