I vote for the Endura with a full flat grind. I have one and it's a great knife. I like VG-10 steel too.

I own both and I find a ffg endura to be a better slicer. I also find the vg10 steel to be more rugged.

The Pacific salt looks real close to the Endura. From what I've read, the blade steel isn't as good, but won't ever rust. If I was working on a shrimp boat, I would probably get the salt. Since I'm not, I got the Endura and the Delica, both with FFG blades.

I like the endura... I tend to like "bigger" knives and the endura is a great blade length and shape (...for me, at least....).  The VG 10 will come sharp and ya can strop it right back up there to hair whittlin in just a few strokes on a leather strop.  I always keep at least one of the enduras either in my pocket or layin around close.   Remember, as others have opined; buy both, ya cant go wrong with spyderco....

I have both,

I use the Pacific Salt offshore at work, the knife has been with me for 3 years used excessively in a salt water offshore environment and has still not showed any signs of corrosion, I am very pleased with both knives but would get the Pacific Salt if you are at all concerned about corrosion
