I can't help but think that Barry Hussein the O. is taking a page out of the Bill Clinton's playbook - - - NO NOT that Playbook (by Monica).

 

We did a number of "Wag-The-Dog" operations during Clinton's second term once the Lewinsky deal "blew" up.  The biggest being the Yugoslav/Serbia/Kosovo/Albania/Macedonia, et al, operation in 1999.

 

Nothing like a war to divert coverage of a scandal(s).  :ugh:
