I use 4.6gr Titegroup with Berry's 230gr plated bullets. I've got some 185gr JHPs but haven't worked up a load yet.

i am loading as we speak and my hopper is landing on

5.9-6.0 g Unique for my 230s,ill run them out tonight

Tomorrow  run some 185s which I am looking at around 7.5-7.8g load to start

Went to basspro looking for some 231 but the shelves were bare but I have plenty of Unique so may as well

folks seem to like it just as much

If I were loading 230gn, and I do :), I'd start with 5.6 unique an up to 6 in .2 increments and check for accuracy. If no differentiation the goal is 6

I'm seeing lots of suggestions for powder charge, but no mention of what OAL for them. What OAL is assumed here?

A few tenths of an inch difference can make a big difference in pressure.

Not many people like to give up there complete load data. Could work in their guns and not yours
A general starting point is what people are trying to get at here if I'm not mistaken. At least that's how I feel.

OAL  on 45s seem most popular at 1.25 ,mine land on pretty close to that

I use 7.4 grains of PP for my 230 grain cast bullets. Works great.

SUP Dolo

im saving my PP for 9MM and 40,

Primer are now available at normal prices ,but powder is now the rarity and still being price gouged hard

100.00 bucks a pound on GB,....crooks
