Another vote for Sal's. I'm a former yankee and so far this place is about the only decent REAL pizza I've found in TN. They have all you can eat lunch buffet with pizza and other Italian foods during the week, and their other dishes are pretty good including calamari, eggplant, etc. Donelson and Murfreesboro are the two I hit the most.

I know Manny's well as I used to work Downtown Nashville.   Last time I drove through I stopped and got one to go wrapped it in tinfoil and drove back to Knoxville, most of it made it home....   Nothing comparable in the Knoxville area, closest is Big Ed's.

My vote is for Bella Romas on 411 south in Maryville.. Great tasting all fresh toppings and as I prefer (really greasy). The best deal is the all you can eat. You can get up to 5 fresh made pies with any and as many toppings as you like including the gourmet toppings and any style crust. Including your drink I think the price is $7.49 plus tax.
I also have to give a shout out about the baked ziti as well. Best ziti I have ever tried.
