Maybe it is, but it could just mean Cabelas has it for the moment.
I saw pallets at one supplier going to a national chain. It may be an
indicator of things, but those pallets I saw would only last a day, if
that. And it happened to be green tip and 55 grain .223 in ammo cans.

I think supply will get better but it will be a while longer before we
see a break in the madness.

Powder is still spotty and bullets aren't getting better, yet. Demand is
still too high to see much improvement. The gun show in Indy, last
week, I sold out of the demand items Friday night. Saturday and
Sunday were slower. All my good powders were gone in a few hours.

Cabelas has had .223 in stock for months now.

 

They get .22LR in regularly too, but it sells out fast.

 

I have a retail location near home, so I stop in at least once a month.

We should see it all come back down by years end I think.

AS long as nothing else happens that sends folks into a buying panic.....
