I can't take credit for this, but I saw this on another site that I am a member, this guy has an XD and used that wonderful functional holster that comes with it in a great way. He went to HomeDepot and found this piece near where the light switches are located and did this:

Neat idea, looks secure, easy to get to, and it if you are in a wreck it won't go flying around.

Very Cool!. I did something similar with my XD stock holster. I screwed it into the backside of my closet door. If the pistol is not on my hip, it's in the closet holster. It makes it so that the gun is hidden, mounted high enough the grandkids couldn't reach it, and accessable if I need it.

Hmm, that appears to be a new jk wrangler.

Correct.:D Not mine but a JK is hopefully in my future.
