Hey,

I'm goin out tomorrow to a few gun shops trying to find an AK-47 butt stock in wood. Or, a side folding stock at this point I'll take either. I could just order offline but dont want to pay shipping if I can avoid it (and I dont want to wait) does anyone know of a gun store that might have a few stocks for sale? I thought maybe Coal Creek Armory in Knoxville might have a few, so I'm trying there for sure. Anywhere in the Knox/Loudon/Monroe area. Thanks

Bobby

CCA has a few, but they aren't out on the floor.

Ask for me.

What! I called CCA the other day looking for an AK, and they said they had none. :tinfoil:

The guy on the phone told me I be best served to go to the gun show next month.

Unusual, I actually saw an AK stock @ the franklin Gun Show today - rare for me to see AK parts at the shows, mostly I only see complete weapons.

Uh... the above conversation appears to be talking about the FURNITURE only. Not the AK rifle itself. It's very likely that CCA told you the truth, when you called, in that they had no rifles at that time. Had you asked if they had any wooden stocks, or side-folders, your answer may have been very different.

Reading comprehension. :ugh:

Doh! Well, don't I look foolish? Note to self: Read entire post, then fire off rant if applicable.

My appologies

"The other day" must have been a month ago. We do run out from time to time, like everyone else.

But we've always have them on the way in. Currently we have several to pick from.

Nope, made the call five days ago. Guess I'll just have to stop in look for myself :D.

Can you guys get a Saiga in stock? If so, what do they run?

Sorry for hijacking this thread
