Finding them is going to be difficult. I suggest you buy an aftermarket receiver, there are several makers. Randy at CPC used to sell bolts but it appears he no longer does.

Here is a bolt:

Thanks Dolomite, I've picked up some parts off of ebay. Thanks for the links.

105.00 for OEM receiver: Move quick:  http://www.shootersdiscount.com/cart/receivers/guns/ruger-10/22-rifle-receiver-smooth-black-polished-finish.html

or just by a whole rifle and sell what you don't need.  stock 35.00, barrel 35.00, poly trigger group 40.00/50.00

Thanks Graycrait... I thought about it. But, when you consider shipping and an FFL fee, I'm probably within $75 of a new Ruger 10-22 at Wally World. I'd pay $100 for a brand new receiver, where we meet I hand over the cash and get the receiver. I have two flat AK-47 receivers... maybe I should bend them and sell them... the price of receivers being what they are these days.

what are you trying to build?  Just 10/22 curiosity.  There are several of us on TGO who haunt the halls of RFC and 1022 land quite a bit.

Thanks Dolomite, I bought the bolt. Now, I just need the receiver, and I can put my 10-22 together. Thanks again.

Sorry I missed this post, Graycrait. I'm just trying to put a stock Rugger 10-22 together, from a box of parts.
