Just wondering about the other major cities in TN

I don't spend much time anywhere but Nashville and while driving thru the Nolensville Rd area here this morning got me to wondering if the other main cities here in TN had a specific area that has been taken over but foriegn businesses like Nolensville Rd has here in Nashville. I'm referring to Memphis, Jackson, Chattanooga, Knoxville but even smaller areas like Murfreesboro, Columbia and others that size.

 

I grew up in the Nolensville Rd area here and seeing what it has become makes me sick!

I'm in Bartlett which is a 'burb of Memphis. You might call it the next Detroit since the Memphis political machine is rife with monetary waste. 

We don't seem to have the problems you are experiencing because no one wants to move to Memphis. I think we do have foreign Company's here  

but only to use it as a distribution center for their products as FedEx's main hub is here.

 

IMHO Memphis is being destroyed from within, not foreigners.
