Authority to enforce the laws. An interesting event, in Cali!

I don't remember this being posted, but my wife just saw it, and I remember a Sheriff doing

something along these lines in Colorado, also. There are good people, even in Cali.

Maybe some more are waking up, also. This stuff is important because the power lays not in the federal

government, but in the states, unless ceded to the federal government explicitly. Federally purchased,

or otherwise obtained land, doesn't give the federal government exclusivity to that land over the state.

I'm not talking about military bases, but the rest. They seem to think they can do most anything with

everything, and that's not quite right.

This also can lead up to challenges to the so-called "Antiquities Act" and other laws like it that the

government uses to stop domestic oil exploration and production on federally controlled lands like

national parks, wildlife refuges and the crap like ANWAR around the Arctic circle.

Stuff like this might not seem important to many, but it is how tyranny is addressed and challenges in court

begin. There have been successes begin like this.

"IF" the feds show up at my place, my 1st question will be,

"Where is the Sheriff", then move on from there.
