I have not had any dealings with them but they are nice looking holsters for sure. As far as pricey, I guess you get what you pay for as the saying goes. Custom leather work is usually not too cheap.

 

I think that BTP concept is very interesting. I had a renter who carried his 1911 in a Galco IWB holster but wore it on the outside of his pants with the belt over it, kind of similar to this but not really designed for that. Concealed very well with just a shirt tail out, he was not a very large fellow and I was surprised that he could conceal that 1911 so easily OWB with an IWB. The belt over it kept it very secure and tight up to his body. Wish he had not moved, best renter we ever had in the house to date.
