Even most criminals despise rapists, child molesters and other sexual predators.

They ought to just put them out in the general population and not have repercussions for anything that happens to them.

It is the worst crime next to murder and being a politician.JMO.

I rate it worse than murder. Murder is done with after its done, sexual crimes have a psychological effect afterwards that cant be measured.

IMHO, the families of the victims should be allowed to hand not the punishment.

They actually didnt return everything they stole. The shopping cart they returned it in had to be stolen as well. So they stole a shopping cart to return items they stole in the first place. Good move.
