Well, it was time to can some stock today. I've been making stock off and on and just kept freezing it until I had time to can it. Cold snowy days are good times to run the pressure canner.

Anywho, didn't realize how much i had stuck in the freezer. Ended up with 24 quarts between beef and chicken stock. I didn't realize I was going to do this all day.

Went ahead and dug out the turkey carcass and cooked it off. Now I have about 6 more quarts to can then I will be done with that for a while...
