Cumberland Steam Plant...Two thumbs Down!!!

Got up at 0330, was at the steam plant by 0505, fished until 1100 and only caught two small channel cats.  Bait was plentiful, but the fish did not want to cooperate.

Reading the fishing report today everyone was limiting out on channel cats just after noon today and just before 5:00 A.M. this morning. I guess timing is everything :up:  :up:

Fish the big sand bar there and you can get into them pretty good. You have to have a decent boat though. Put you a chum bag out and fish down current of your chum.

Was out there a couple of months ago and was slaying them left and right. Went out a week afterward in hopes of the same and there was nothing out there.
