Any PHP Gurus Here?

I've messed with websites for a pretty good amount of time now, and I can do most of what I'd like. I have a form via HTML here:

I know I need to create a PHP file in the same directory titled "sendemail.php". However, I don't know exactly what to put in it. Any starters/suggestions/fixes?

Been a long time since I've done php, so what flavor of php are you using and you using any frameworks? Your form looks like it's set up as an email form, search for the mail() in php wikis or docs.. quick google search for a quick and dirty script:

 $subject = "Hi!";

 $body = "Hi,\n\nHow are you?";

 if (mail($to, $subject, $body)) {

   echo("<p>Message successfully sent!</p>");

  } else {
