Problem Purchasing Membership

I had a Premium Membership which I thought would expire after one year.  Paypal sent me a notice stating a $35.00 subscription had been renewed back in May 2013.  I had no clue as to why, and had Paypal investigate and refund the charge.  IF the charge had been to TGO and not to David as an individual versus a business that I recognized, this would not have been an issue nor would my membership have been canceled.

 

I am now currently trying to purchase a new Premium Membership, but keep getting the following error:

 

"Oops! Something went wrong!

This invoice contains items you have already purchased which cannot be purchased again. Please contact an

administrator for assistance.  [#20X111-C]"

 

All I want is to purchase the membership, and be given a choice as to whether to renew it in a year, not have it auto-renew and me have to remember David's name.

So you've got to understand first and foremost that this is more of a hobby for me than it is a business.  If it were a business, I'd charge a heck of a lot more for everything I do here.  :)

 

That being said, I will cancel your existing invoice and you can buy another.  It won't automatically renew.  That's been discussed several times in various announcements that you can find if you do a little searching and reading here on the forum.

I do appreciate this site and how you are helping a lot of people by keeping it up and running.  Our 2nd Amendment rights, and the ability to buy and sale guns is very important to me and many other that use this site.

 

This was more my problem remembering your name, which I will pay more attention to going forward.  I apologize for creating this pain for you.
