Has anyone seen this on discovery channel? I watched 3 episodes the other night and am hooked. Not from the entertainment factor by any means, more the pure stupidity that I am seeing.

I won't be a spoiler, so if you haven't seen it, google it. But you have to watch 1 full show to get the full dose.

Another show about finding nothing, with what appears to be a bunch of inbred obese idiots. Bound to be a hit.

 

The only one of these type shows that's any good is River Monsters, as at least the guy does catch something or other most of the time. :)

I guess they think we are too stupid to realize we are being made fun of, so no one gets offended.

 

 

My wife loves watching stupid stuff like that, The Gypsy Sisters, the trailer park show, whatever. 

 

To be honest, that kinda stuff deeply offends me cause I spent a good chunk of my life getting away from that. When I see that crap on TV I feel sorry for them because they are too stupid to realize they are being taken advantage of, they honestly think someone cares about what they are saying and doing, not that they are being watched and folks are going "Wow, folks really live like that, those poor stupid inbred white trash bastards..."

Well apparently you havent heard the latest one coming on the air. I think either TLC or Discovery, heard it on the radio yesterday. New show "Coal Miner Ghost Hunting". A TEAM of PROFESSIONAL PARANORMAL RESEARCHERS will travel the country attempting to make contact with ghosts of coal miners by going in the mines and hunting them.

 

Who in the hell thought this stupidity up? and Mountain Monsters?

 

Live Science writers (Actual Scientists) have already addressed the issue of ghost hunting. "If there were a possibility of an afterlife, dont you think we would be all over it, attempting to prove what would be the greatest discovery in human recorded history?".

I've watched a few episodes of mountain monsters. Skunk ape must be real 'cause they found his nest in that old house, lol.
