I was all ways told you can't fix stupid but he showed that you could

Quick hire an attorney and sue the pistol and ammo manufacturers for selling obviously defective products.  Argument being that something caused the pistol to misfire and if it had worked properly the first time the victim would still be alive.

Rushing took the gun from his four-wheeler and attempted to fire it. When it misfired, Rushing commented to the others, “This thing doesn’t work.” And that’s when he pointed it at his head.

 

Looks like he was DEAD wrong about that!

More deaths are caused by unloaded,not working guns then when they are fully functional. This is beyond you can't fix stupid. Reminds me of the movie "the deer hunter"
