I'm really glad to see that Mr. Zimmerman is getting on with his life as best he can with Liberal Dweeb-assed America doing what they do best which is either spin the truth or just outright lie, which is all they know how to do.

How long before he's described as a "wannabe fireman"?

He still lives in Sanford?

I do hope it was a black family.

I hope so as well, but he mentored minorities and they didn't care. So even if it was a black family, I don't think any of the GZ haters will change their opinions. I still however wish it would.

What is really sorry about this, it took days for the story to get out. Yes there was a weekend but still should have seen reports before this morning.

Also, anyone see where the ACLU sent Holder a letter saying to drop the investigation? Not sure when this happened, just saw it reported on Twitter.

It kind of said to drop it, but then again, it didn't. Typical waffling from ACLU.

I thought the letter was rather meaningless.

Thought it was due to the "double jeopardy" policies of the ACLU?

They probably pulled it because of the evidence that was going to come into play that was not allowed in the GZ trial that was going to tarnish TM's innocent child like image.

Would it be in bad taste if I said Zimmerman "should have stayed in his truck"?

I mean over the past 18 months of so I was beat over the head with that "should have stayed in his truck" statement! ;)

Yeah, I am pretty sure that you (and others who posted similar comments or 'liked' this one) are intelligent enough to realize that there is a difference between helping crash victims and getting out of your vehicle to follow an individual who A. hasn't done anything illegal and B. is not in a 'restricted area'.  Let's not act like the two are equivalent, okay?

Beyond that, I will only say, "Good job, Zimmerman."

Relax, it was just a joke...just my way of addressing the almost religious mantra of "should have stayed in his truck".

You are right, as far as we know, little Trayvon didn't do anything wrong...at least not until he violently attacked Zimmerman.  ;)

Dress like a thug, act like a thug, be a thug and expect to get viewed as a thug.

Carrying a firearm - hell, simply owning one, for that matter - is enough for some people to identify many of us as 'thugs'.  Just keep that in mind the next time you think someone should be found guilty of dressing the wrong way, etc.

No argument there - which is why I am glad Zimmerman was found not guilty.  I'll bet there is a family of four in Florida who is also pretty glad of that, today.
