Was watching this video about a defensive shooting when I noticed that the security guard's car has a CCW emblem on it, lol. Boy, that cheesy emblem really scared those criminals off, eh? Hmmm....

Also, I'm glad that the guard ultimately protected the people he was paid to protect, but I do have to wonder about shooting an AR-15 through the wall at the invaders, with innocents within close range.

Here are screen caps of the emblem on his car:

As a security guard or ccw permit holder, he shouldn't have taken the risk of firing at them after they were no longer a threat.

Will this guy be hired on when OCP takes over Detroit?

"Dead or alive, you're coming with me, creep!"

That "concealed weapons permit" sign is worthless - when the perps can't read. :pleased:

Maybe, if the couple gets caught, they'll sue the security company for posting words instead of pictures they can understand.

Maybe the police interview on the video clip gave the wrong impression, but he seemed happy it had turned out well, with bad guys repelled and no one hurt except minor leg injury for the security guard.

In other places maybe would expect the police to second-guess the defender to death. In Chicago, they would most likely put the security guard in jail simply for having an AR, much less shooting it, in any fashion, wise or unwise?

Got me wondering if the "uncritical praise" of the Detroit cops, maybe vibes of a Mogadishu or Beiruit situation, where the "small details" don't matter so much any more?
