“It’s not a moral question, it was a legal question, and the American law requires that the jury listen to the evidence presented,” Carter said.

Jimmy must be feeling froggy now that he's the second worst President in US History.

Thought the worst President was suppose to have been President Buchanan? Guess he's been moved to third?

Though we Tennesseans don't like to admit it, Andrew Johnson is always in the running too.

Wiki has a nifty rating, averages from about 20 sources. Click "aggregate" in last column to sort from fav to worst.

1. Abraham Lincoln
2. FDR
3. George Washington
4. Thomas Jefferson
5. Teddy Roosevelt
6. Woodrow Wilson

From the aggregate rankings: 4 out of the top 6 were truly terrible presidents which no respect for the constitutional limits placed upon their office. The number 1 spot is held by an absolute monster and the number 2 spot isn't much better. Good Lord. No wonder this country is in the shape it is in. We worship the terrible and monstrous in our history.

You can't trust those... they've ranked King Hussein Obama one step higher than Ronald Regan.

It's an aggregate, some of the individual polls show quite different.

Also note there seems to be a pretty obvious statistical bias, or outright glitch,  therein where presidents who hadn't taken office yet when the poll was conducted seem to rank higher overall in the aggregate than they should since so many of the polls couldn't have included them, so I'm not sure any before the 2010 one is very indicative of BHO.

But it's probably pretty representative of the older guys from a historical perspective.
