Another vote here for 4350....It is a very versatile powder that works well in .243.  I use Hodgdon rather than IMR

...and 25-06

...and 257 Roberts

...and 30-30

It is my rifle counterpart like Bullseye is for my handguns.

I do agree also with the 4350 I have loaded the .243 with it & it worked great just the H380 was more consistant for mine.

I also use 4350 for 7.62x54R, 7mm Rem Mag, 6.5 Jap, &.270 Win It is a very good powder to have around.

I use the H380 in .243 & 22-250 only at the moment.

I have always used H414.  I have a Remington 700 BDL that likes it along with Sierra bullets.  I shoot what the rifle likes ;-)

It wasn't a boat tail but I loaded some with Sierra 100gr soft points using 35gr Accurate 4064 and out of 5 shots none of the rounds were more than 2fps apart from each other. It got dark before i could shoot groups but were about an inch just shooting through the chrony. I haven't made it back out to shoot groups with that load yet. IMR 4064 is about the same, just a hair hotter.
