Looking for a rifle necklace

Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Hi, a guy here...

A female friend of mine wants a necklace with a firearm pendant on it. I went to the Nashville gun show and this weekend and didn't see any jewellery.

Does anyone have a suggestion on where to find this?  Frankly, I've never seen one.

EDITED: I'd guess that a handgun pendant would also be okay.

I have seen those at the Nashville, Murfreesboro and Hendersonville shows in the past, but not every time.  Also, other gun jewelry like earrings as well.

I got 212 results on Ebay by typing "rifle necklace". Check that out.

I did that, but I don't want to get junk. Jewellery is so small, you can't tell a lot about it from a picture. I thought most of the jewellery on eBay looked like something you'd get as a prize out of a gumball machine.

EDITED: Not saying it is junk... it might be beautiful. I just can't tell.

I'm guessing most jewelry shaped like a firearm is going to fit in the "junk" category. I don't think you'll find a 24K AK-47 at Tiffany & Co. The only ones I've seen outside of shows are the ones at the mall kiosks for the gangbangers and wannabe-gangbangers. Glocks, Uzis, and AKs next to pot leaves and $ signs.

Shooter's on Murfreesboro Road usually has some little shiny pendant gun type of things in the case to the right when you walk in.

Get ya a few milk jugs and a 45 Hollow Point. Shoot the milk jugs recover the slug and have it made into a necklace. They look really good when it's all expanded out.

Dangling a piece of soft lead from a necklace to be worn constantly is a horrible idea.

You should email the girl from the show "Sons of Guns" and ask her where she got her AR15 pendant from. It looks really nice and not tacky at all.

There a many ways that the slug can be permanently coated so that it does not come in contact with your skin. It really wouldn't be difficult at all, many can be purchased at Hobby Lobby, Micheals, auto parts stores, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.
