Did any horse-calvary anti-tank units see significant action in WWII?

 

Another thing I found interesting in the BAR instruction film-- The soldier demonstrating standing-position full-auto fire. He must have been a pretty hot-shot running a BAR, because he was laying down the full-auto with nary a hint of muzzle rise?

I know the Polish Army used horse-calvary anti-tank units in 1939 and that didn't turn out very well....

Polish Horse Cavalry was integrated as part of Polish Armored units in WWII, truth is the Germans just overwhelmed everything. We did the same thing during the Mexican Expedition. Used Horse Cavalry but the Horse was integrated with mobile units, (Trucks and Armored Cars). Successful expedition, but Pancho Villa and his men didn't have Stuka Dive Bombers and Panzer I and II's.
