I have been waiting a long time for a G21 Gen 2 . Well last week I found one and got it today . It is a 1994 Manufactured G21 and its in AWESOME shape. It has what looks like maybe 200 rds through it and thats all. I am one happy dude. What is really weird  is that the sticker on the box says " 1 magazine" . I thought all Gen 2's came with 2 mags . I may be wrong but does anyone know for sure ? I have the original box , magazine and all. I also love the way the Gen 2's had the lower grip "cut-out" portion for ripping out mags or getting a better grip on removing a mag . I hate how the newer ones dont have this and are just straight across. Here are two pictures.

I don't know for sure about the magazine count; I thought they came with 2 as well.

Congratulations on the acquisition...I think the G21 is an excellent weapon especially for SD/carry; utterly dependable and good shooters!

Congratulations on the find. It's always great to find that "unicorn" after a long search.

Hope it pleases you more than my Gen 3 does for me.

I like my Gen 3 G21 but I just like the "old school" style of the Gen 2's. I use my Gen 3 G21 in the woods when hunting in case any big critters pop up around me acting crazy .

Your gun was made in 1994.That was the year the Clinton Assult Weapons Ban was passed. All standard (what the uninformed call "hi cap") mags were banned from further production and import. All new mags had to be 10rds or less.Glock decided to sell guns with only 1 standard mag to extend the number of guns they could sell with them.
